Loved, loved, loved this workout! 39 minutes, but action packed. Hit a personal best on weight with the snatches for two rounds - felt like a beast! The cardio portion made me consider getting a bladder lift consultation! WOW! It moved FAST! And the yogaish… exactly what I needed after two weeks of taping a new Bible study. More sitting than I am used to and my hip flexors were TIGHT! I will definitely visit this over and over - got me excited for our two week challenge coming up! If you’re looking for a hard, fast, and covers it all session, this one is for you!

Loved the full body session from this weeks suggested workouts! Total body will be my focus this week and will round it out with mini sessions on T/Th and a yoga or cardio hip hop on Saturday. Keeping it simple and fun this week in preparation for the challenge next week!

Pretty much how last week went for me so I just leaned into it and enjoyed walking with my daughter, visiting with my folks and moving furniture and cleaning out rooms. Productive and active but not structured. Allowed my head to rest from the discipline of training and use my body in functional ways. Came back steong today! Hope your week shows new motivation and your body new strength gains! 🫶🏻

Total body is my focus for the week, Erika. Loved the one on the suggested sessions for the week. Will do a mini session tomorrow and Thursday and two other full body sessions on Wednesday and Friday. I am salty!! 😅
