I have a friend who has lost motivation to exercise over the past year. I sent her the info to sign up for the free week of the Beach Shred series and this was her response! I hope she does it though!
I listen to the Aviva Romm podcast and saw an episode on metabolic health. I thought, “hey Jenny is always talking about that!” so I gave it a listen. It was an interview with Dr. Casey Means and it was fascinating! I ended up buying her book and it’s been such a good read, so I was super excited when Jenny mentioned the book in today’s session. I feel empowered that I’ve already been following Jenny’s advice to improve my metabolic health, and highly recommend the book!
Just finished my first Beach Shred workout! Wow that was SO much fun! Have not trained by following an instructor in some time, but it felt like I had a friend working out with me the whole time. Loved the motivation, extra push and instruction. Look forward to more of this!! 💪🏼
