Jenny Fisher I don’t workout with you because I want to look good, I work out with you because I want to feel good. However, last weekend, my niece got married in Chicago and I do have to say, I felt good and I looked good in my dress. 😂Your program has given me the confidence to push harder In my workouts and has given me confidence wherever I go. I always valued my workouts daily, but working out like a true athlete with you somehow makes me feel more confident.

Does anyone have a favorite mobility session? I did a 2 mile interval run on a trail yesterday and my hip flexors and calves are feeling it! Any recommendations for a good stretch session?

Also, for MVP, you’ll need a high (door frame) anchor point for banded pull downs. We need to tap into those lats, my friends. So if you don’t have a high anchor point consider it!
