Twenty one days out before l deploy to Djibouti for six months. Fortunately l will have wifi access so l can “Get Salty” and continúe to train with you, squad. I have access to two gyms so I will be rocking our gear. Gotta represent, motivate and inspire others deployed to join our sisterhood. 😘❤️🙏🏽

Can’t wait to start this!!! Update on the move to MN’/Rib injury/Dogs. It went well and we were able to see Yellowstone! Ribs are good, still a little pain, but nothing severe. However, I did lose some muscle - BUT I am no longer beating myself up over it - I have a healthy mindset, Thank you Jenn-A! And I a working out at least 3-4 times per week. I am stronger than ever and I know what my body is capable of and what I am capable of thanks to this team of awesome celebrity women (and men) !!! Can’t wait to meet some of you one day !!!
The dogs are well. Latte still has tremors due to her condition, but she is on medication that appears to be working. Choco no longer has breakouts on his chin (So maybe it was Utah 😝) Yay and Praise the Lord!!!

Today as we were getting ready for the pool my daughter asked why I never wear my two-pieces…my mental thought was “because I hate my body” but I’m determined to not pass that mentality on to her so instead I told her to pick one out for me. It occurred to me I never worry about what the other moms are wearing at the pool, except to wish I felt confident enough to do it. So today I put on the hot pink bikini she picked (no chance of going unnoticed lol), chose to believe her when she told me I was beautiful, and then despite being hot and tired when we got home, I pushed play on the leg day workout and crushed it. Not because I felt like I “had to” but because I wanted to continue to show her that I love how strong it is, even now. Little wins every day!

Great workout with Jenny this morning! I hope you have a better day Jenny Fisher. I thought the workout was perfect even though you woke up feeling rushed and off. We all have those days, glad you are human like us and have those days too. Looking forward to tomorrows chest and core!

I'm back after a year of trying Crossfit and Olympic weight lifting! I was never a fan of Crossfit, but my friend is a coach and I wanted to learn the Olympic lifts. It was fun, but the Salty workouts are more my style! Today was day 5 of the 2024 Beach Shred week 1 for me and I'm loving it!

Is it just me or are other people's bootys and hammies sore even 3 days after this week's leg day? (I did it on Tuesday) My goodness y'all...that was so good and so awful at the same time 😆 Bulgarians are never ever my favorite...

Starting the beach shred a little behind, but just finished my first solid workout in almost 10 months (with my emotional support lab 🤣) I let too many distractions & excuses keep me from my fitness for too long but it feels amazing (and exhausting) to be back at it!

Headed to a hotel for a week. Got the essentials packed! Band, booty band, rope and shoes. I always workout barefoot so a week of Get Salty in shoes will be new 😜
