Checking in from being on vacation for 10 days! Hitting a couple weeks of the beach shred before helped kick my metabolism into high gear! I didn’t workout while we were gone but we did 4 days at universal and walked a total of 28 miles! 😳so I relaxed on the cruise but found good eating options and some treats of course! Ready to jump back into the beach shred!! I had a little hint of abs before we left let’s see if we can lean out enough to see them by the end of summer Jenny!

Functional fitness! Digging out a garden bed and my hubby did not do all the work. I love being able to do this together instead of idly sitting there and watching. 💪🏻 And I put the garden box together by myself. Feeling empowered today.

Surprised myself with several full pushups in todays HIIT👏🏻
Added push-ups to my inchworms bc my legs were dying. Who knew doing push-ups could feel like a rest 😝😝

That was a sweaty one. I lifted heavy and challenged myself. It was hard but I felt so good afterwards. Thank you Jenny!!

Fabulous kick off to Saturday! LOVED this workout. Jump road was my cardio - always go for dbl revs for the amt of time we have.
BURPIES for the win! Thought of it as icing on the cake! Loving this Beach Shred♡
