I’m baaaaccckkkk!!! I underestimated how much I appreciate this community! I have taken a break from my fitness routine since December. Starting back with rookie series as I’m recovering from a elbow injury. Grateful to have my biscuits burnt today 🔥let’s have a kick a** week salt squad !
Today was a rough day. We had to say goodbye to our sweet kitty, Oliver. I knew i needed to move because of my emotions and needed some endorphins. A walk was not going to cut it. I went to Jenny’s insta and found this awesome quad shredder. I did an emom, 12 sets each and rested for the remainder, after my 12 were done. I did it five times. Holy 🔥 I kicked my own ass and it was just what I needed 🫶I hope my explanation of the workout made sense 🤣
