I don’t think I’ll be getting in any Get Salty workouts this week. I’m in Orlando until Friday for my daughter’s cheer competition but I will be getting in some steps at the parks. Day one was at Sea World! Hope everyone has a great week!
All the weights getting used on my repeat of the Week 5 Beast mode back session, and this is after I deconstructed one of my heavy dumbbells. Love this one! Went up on my weight on some of it the 2nd time around too. Gotta get the strength training in before travel this weekend with no equipment available. Have a great weekend Salt Squad!
Work has been intense due to the Holidays coming up! I have really enjoyed the 20-minute MVP strength session because I want to lift heavy weights but don't have time for an entire session. These are magical!! A walking pad has also enabled me to keep up with my steps! I hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to January 6th! Stay salty friends! ❤️

Thank you Jenny Fisher! Since connecting with you and the Salt Squad this year I've worked out with so much more purpose, consistency and have had so much fun.
This past wkend my 25y/o daughter and I had competed in the Fenway(BOS) Spartan Stadion Race and had a ball. What a thrill it was to be able to run every obstacle with success, agility and strength. (The active recovery work we do paid off substantially) I would never have signed up for this or been able to complete it had it not been for you and your awesome fitness app. (Beast Mode came at a perfect time!)Thanks to you, Jenny Fisher, I've never felt stronger. Being part of the Salt Squad, physically and nutritionally, I feel empowered and so much more in charge of my health. What an awesome feeling. Thank you!

Does anyone have any advice on how to stay sane and maintain motivation when put out by an injury? I’ve been dealing with some back problems past month or so (totally fixable but will take some time) and it’s really bumming me out and I feel like I’m moving backwards in my health journey rather than forwards. Especially this time of year finding it hard to hit nutrition goals. Any pointers welcome!
