I locked it in this morning and got salty (salty 7). I am one day behind and not joining the live sessions. I am learning how this all works. I like the jump rope cardio session, Jenny! ♥️

I've been absent for the past few days. My son was hospitalized Tuesday and we came home Thursday. It was stressful and sleeping in the hospital doesn't really happen, so I am still exhausted. I haven't worked out since Monday and feel off. My energy is low but I plan to get a light lifting session in today. I'm ready to get back to our normal routine. And thank you, Jesus, my son is feeling good! 🫶

Anyone else feeling kind of lost this week without a challenge? 😅 Yesterday was a much welcome day of just walking, but today I’m ready to do something and I’m like “what do I do!?” Our girl Jenny has gotten me spoiled! Off to browse and see what looks like fun and doesn’t include much legs because they are still sore from Saturdays leg session! Already looking forward to the beach shred!

Finished the grind yesterday! Started salty 7 this morning loving it! Get to start beach shred on Hawaii! Safe travels to all my salty sisters going to Greece!

Went back to MVP to work on strength before Beach Shred. On week 2 now! Loved this program!

I did week 2 leg day of the grind today. Holy 😵‍💫I remember how much it sucked the first time around and it sucked just as much today. My legs were shaking so bad. There is no way I will be able to walk the next two days. 😂
