So recovering from the flu and this is the first movement my body has done in 3 days….. Maybe not the best one to jump back in😆😆😆was extremely out of breath and coughed most of them time but was soooo needed!!!! Happy Saturday❤️

I am two sessions behind again in week 6. Swim Mom life derailed me this week but I will catch up!!! Felt great to get back to it today!!! Thanks for the shout out in the chest and shoulder session.

Also, why can I easily get up into a handstand but can’t seem to find my balance to hold it? 👵

I’m back…. Again!!!
Been a lot going on in my life the past i would say 10 months. Had to move twice the past three months which is completely exhausting. But now, i hope, Im at the right place and ready to jump right back in where i left😁😎❤️ and that is week 4! GOT chest and back session left.

Need recommendations! We are leaving for Costa Rica in a week and I won’t be able to keep up with The Grind series but want to continue my fitness. Does anybody have favorites they like that require no equipment/booty band/resistance band?

Couple of firsts for me in this series. I went two days without a whole lot of movement - just life circumstances got in the way. The revelation - going two days without a lot of movement makes me downright bitchy. Also realized on my walk today my self talk was completely in the sewer - bad mom, bad wife, bad dog owner, bad everything. Mid-way through the walk I finally caught myself and realized none of what I was telling myself was true. The application: I won’t miss two days again if at all possible. Second first - after realizing how my body responded to the lack of movement, I committed to coming out to my porch after dinner and getting in the back session, with no other thoughts than it is what I need. My family was fine without me, and I am in a much better headspace. Thanks for your words of wisdom, Jenny Fisher and your new puppy is absolutely adorable!!
