anyone else locked out of all week 3 sessions? I was able to look them up on my phone but when I went to my computer to push play I am locked out of each one but only for week 3. I logged off and signed back in still nothing.

The Greece Get Salty Retreat is April…it’s going to be very different from past Get Salty Retreats, but so incredible! Every single day there are multiple fitness classes and nutrition discussions, but there is an chance to explore Crete and Cretian culture every day we are there! I cannot wait to explore with y’all!!!

I just attempted the kickboxing and I’m hard core laughing at myself 😂😂 I was making up combos at some point and eventually found myself randomly kicking and punching the air. I may not have followed routine but I was moving my body hahaha
I have about 60+ shoutouts for Saturday! I can’t wait to train with y’all! But after Fridays cardio hiphop!!
Kickboxing was and is still my happy place! Felt so amazing to take a few minutes out of my day to get this fast but salty mini-session in. Would have gone through it a second time, but I’m looking forward to the cardio hip hop later today. I will definitely revisit this one and do it on my bag when the temps are more cooperative! 🥊🧂🫶🏻
Wednesday’s session did not disappoint and totally burned me to the ground! Forget the mat, Mama T is on fire! But if I’m being honest, I loved this session because it truly made me feel like an athlete. Like a division 1, badass athlete! And also if I’m being honest, the last minute I’m just thankful it wasn’t salt makers - y’all could have just sprinkled my D1 ashes all over some football field then! Kickboxing will definitely have to wait until tomorrow! I gotta go figure out how to put life back in my upper body! Home run on that session Jenny Fisher! ☄️
