I need help ya’ll! I have been battling back/hip/leg issues ALL year. Finally got an MRI and discovered I have two buldging discs and a disc extrusion in my L5-S1 pushing on my left sciatic nerve. Got an epidural injection that hasn’t kicked in yet. Feeling weak and wanting to strengthen my body without risking injury. Any advice is welcomed!! 🩷

My mind switched on how I look at food is changing and I have to Thank Jenny Fisher for that! My thought when I put my meal together is, what’s my protein and where is my fiber source. This is how I end up with a plate full of veggies. I didn’t have time to put a salad together, but I had all these veggies in my refrigerator so I grab them and go. Not over think it!
Making my way through Week 8 MVP. Back day was an amazing strength challenge! Played with Salty Golfers using a weight machine bc traveling and no bands at the hotel. Those mobility exercises at the end also were no joke! Jenny I’ve gotten to the place where I HAVE to move daily. 18 months ago if you’d told me I’d be fitting in workouts in hotel gyms while at a work conference I’d have laughed. But the me of today was itching to finish CE sessions so I could MOVE 💪🏻🤗
