Today was going to be my rest day. My rest days typically include a long walk or some interval running. Well this hurricane 🌀 has impacted my plans because it’s been raining all day. So here I am out in the garage in 100% humidity about to press play on a workout because my need to move has been increasing all day. It’s either Get Salty or Imma start rage cleaning and take everyone in the house down with me! 🤪

Just signed up! Dumbbell pairs needed? Or is one dumbbell of each weight increment enough? Also what range of lbs works best— 5 thru 25lb? 15 thru 45lb?
