Does anyone else use the instagram workouts for cardio? I’ve been mashing up 2 or 3 and doing 30 minutes of cardio with them on Saturday mornings. Just wondering if I’m the only one that leans on these. I’ve found them to be ultra challenging and a fun change of pace!

Did anyone get any fun new equipment over the holidays? I used Christmas as an excuse to grow my home gym. My hubby got me adjustable dumbbells and a weight bench. I was so excited because I’m growing out of my current dumbell weight on some exercises! We also got the family a freestanding punching bag which has been so fun. My two boys are really enjoying it and we’re all working out as a family! I’m ready for the Grind!
