My arms are literally shaking. Question. I am sore like a feel good sore after most sessions. During the sessions I’m not sweating a ton. I am doing the strength sessions so wondering if that’s it? But I feel like I should be sweating more … idk if I need to grab heavier weights or do more reps if I don’t have the weight I need more that specific move? Thoughts? TIA!
