Did the retreat 45-minute session we did at the Wanderer, and seriously just took me back to the retreat. Missed the DJ and live positive reinforcement from Billie, Emmett and Jenny, but enjoyed the sweet and salty memories from that day. Used both my booty bands, along with a kettle bell for rows and hip thrusters, and a band with handles for the lat pull-downs. Just bumping up the play a little bit more!
