I’ve always struggled with eating a breakfast that will sustain me until lunch. For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If I don’t eat something balanced, my blood sugar spikes and drops causing me to be ravenous for the rest of the day 😩 I wanted to share what had been working for me.
