Day 1 done! Realized how out of shape I am! 😅 Im good with the weights, but holy f the cardio. 🥵 I like the rule of two. Planning to get all the days in, but we will see how it pans out with my schedule this week. I start 8p-8a hurricane shift tonight. 🤞🏼 Thank you for the warm welcome! 🧂

I completed the day 2 workout. Loved the Upper body day. I pushed myself in the last AMRAP and hit 8 rounds.
This lower body session was awesome! I am focusing on burning and building. Can’t wait for the next workout.💪🏻
