This series will develop your athletic mentality and your athleticism, strength, and mobility over the course of 12 weeks. It builds on intensity and will graduate you to a new level at week 5 and week 9. You’ll have 3 🏆 sessions to complete each week and a variety of additional sessions to use that will only support the work you’re putting in! This is more than training, this is motivation, inspiration, and a goal-setting tool! 84 total fitness sessions! (This series will complete in March 2024 and will include all 12 weeks).
