Week for almost all done. I can't believe I've made it this far and am still loving it. Usually by week 4 in a program I am super bored and move into something else.

I'm on week 3 day 5 (cardio) this one was definitely a mental one for me today. I just kept saying keep going you can do this. So proud I didn't give up. Have a great weekend everyone ๐Ÿ’–

I'm on week 2 day 2 in the 6 week progression program and I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts again! Today was a testiment to how much I do enjoy the workouts because I was up all night with a sick little girl and I still got my workout in. Hope everyone is having a great week so far.
