Hi all! I know some of you have added me on IG and I feel like I “know” quite a few of you just from hearing your names called and stories told by Jenny about you ❤️

I wanted to post on here just for accountability and encouragement - I am a never give up, add extra sets and reps and ultimately push myself to the max type athlete but I am finding even going down to workout hard these days. Still managing 4-6 days a week of GetSalty but it is so very hard.

I am 6 months postpartum AND 11.5 weeks pregnant with our 4th. And I didn’t lose the last 10lbs of preggo weight so starting out a bit heavier plus all the fatigue, hormones etc has been a doozy.

Last pregnancy, I ran a 5k a day and did a GetSalty workout 6 days a week until I went into labor at 39w2days.

This time around I am just happy to get 4-6 workouts in - hardly running, maybe a mile or two here and there.

Plus I had postpartum depression - we had a very colicky, reflux etc baby who is doing much better but not a great sleeper - and that seemed to turn into prenatal depression. Not sure if that is partially just from feeling overwhelmed at the thought of going through the first 6 months again with a potentially hard infant or just hormones piled up 🙈🙃

So anyway 🤪thanks for reading! I know God is in control and He’s going to give me the grace I need for each moment, each hour, each day. But I felt like plugging in on here will help with the training throughout the pregnancy! You all are such a force of encouragement and strength. 💕
