Christine, that’s that athlete mindset Jenny soaks of. Love that you’re listening to your body, sister!

I also need to catch up on some of the beach shred sessions. I also go to yoga and now with warmer weather, l go on long walks, bike, hike, paddleboard, etc.

Jenny has taught us so much. Leveraging the training for a longer, more functional and active life with our families is priceless.
