Being active fills my heart with joy and l feel so good because of it. My parents are incredible role models and we love sports, especially baseball. As l continue in my journey of life, l want to continue to push boundaries and be an example for my nieces and nephews. Life is good. God is great!! And l gotta keep moving so let’s Get Salty! 💗

Oh my goodness, Sandy! You may need a two hour massage and lots of TLC. I say that because I’m feeling it too. This year’s Beach Shred is extraordinarily challenging and our bodies will look phenomenal as a result. We’ve got this, sister!! Salt Squad power is real!!😘❤️💪🏽🧂
