Wasn’t feeling it today but Just finished legs and back from Wednesday because I missed the live. I almost quit over half way through then I heard my old jam by Warren G and it motivated me to keep going!! I’m glad I finished bc Jenny you cracked me up at the end 😂😂🤣🤣. Have a great week salt squad!!

I did Burnt biscuits again today since I can’t make it to the live tonight and needed a leg workout. I did a much better job than last week, went up in weight on thrusters and sumo squats and did not get mad at my bands this time 😂🤣 I hope everyone is having a great week so far!!💪🏻
