I’m behind bc I have been on a cruise with no Wi-Fi and it was a nice break to recharge. I can’t wait to finish up Beach Shred, I missed it!! Way to go ladies on all your hard work👊🏻👊🏻

I just need to give Jenny a shout out!! I am traveling for the next 2 weeks and I did not want to miss my workouts( brought my booty band) I’m not a cardio girl( love my weights). I have been going through all the workouts and have found so many I can do while traveling even going to the end of some workouts for the booty band👏🏻👏🏻. THANKYOU Jenny for providing workouts for EVERYTHING!! I am going to challenge my self with more cardio this week😳 bring the athleticism on.👊🏻👊🏻
