Just completed Emom for week 8 Tuesday. I   Challenged myself and took listen ti Jenny and re-started the session. Those froggies were killing be the second time around. Thanks for challenging us Jenny!!

Just did Wednesday upper body session from week 5. Thanks for the push ups Jenny my arms were shaking at the end!

Week 4 of beach Shred complete. Feeling accomplished. 

I did Friday’s work out for today. Waiting for exercise ball to come in. Im on week 4, and each week I can feel myself getting stronger and I feel more confident every week.
