Hi ladies! Just got back from a work trip and I missed a couple of days. My body feels so off. I was missing my salty squad. It was nice to get in an little ab session this evening. Can’t wait to get back to my regular schedule and work out tomorrow morning! 

I did Wednesday session this morning. I wasn’t thrilled but new I had to get it done. Thanks for the shout out Jenny, i needed that extra push doing those squat jumps.

Thanks for the recommendation. I’m going to try the boxing and cardio. 

First week down! Shoulders are feeling it.

I would have to say mine would be peaches.
