Loved this workout!

Today was a yoga day for me. Then getting in the last workout of the week in tomorrow. I can't believe week 8 is already here! Where ever you are at in the program keep going, don't give up and be proud of yourself. I didn't do this entire program perfectly but I didn't give up and I am stoked about that.💗

I'm so sorry hang in there. It's better to scale back intensity then to hurt yourself further. Your doing the right thing you got this girl!
