Well I had to take a involuntary rest day today. I twinged my neck yesterday trying to rest so it doesn't turn into a pinched nerve. Hopefully can get back into it tomorrow. I'm jonesing to work out but I'm trying to listen to my body so it doesn't get worse. Hope everyone's having an awesome Wednesday.
