Back to work. I did a lower body workout after about a week of doing low impact. I thought it was going to kill me but it actually really energized me. I think I'm ready for some harder workouts again just in time for the new challenge.

So I had every intention to follow along with the learn in burn this week but honestly my body has been really worn out lately. Usually I would push through and end up getting injured in some way. So this week I'm going to do a few full body workouts and lots of yoga. I wany my body and my mind to be right for the next challenge. Listening to my body is something imtruh very hard to do without shame or guilt.

I hope everyone's week is going good so far.

I've been really sore lately so I went to my Chiropractor and after she tortured me while rolling out my legs and told me to drink electrolytes I am feeling a lot better soreness wise and energy wise. And even though I'm still feeling it I got in a nice cardio and abs workout in and it felt so good. Sometimes I get real down on myself. But I really am grateful to have a body that allows me to do workouts and move. I just need to remind myself that more. Hope everyone is having an awesome week so far

Man, today was just one of those days. Today I tried several times to workout but my body and brain was not having it. I just felt weak and burnout on all levels lol. I really tried not to get down on myself. Anyone else ever feel this way?

Well all I can say is I finished it. That was a tough one physically and mentally. I had to coach myself all the way through. It's a good reminder for me that not every workout will be perfect but I'm proud of myself for showing up.

Finally got in that full body session and it was a good one. Probably didn't go as hard as usual but I'm about to start my period and my energy is low.

I forgot how crazy that one was! My legs are like jello but I'm pretty sure I went up in weights on most the exercises.

Day 1 done this week. My chest and shoulders are burning. I loved as much this time as the first time I did.
