I did lower body week 2 on the strength program and it felt amazing. I've been doing random things lately for workouts and after doing today's workout I realized how much I missed training with Jenny. She is truly the best. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday ❤️

Hi ladies just curious what is everyone's favorite post work meal, snack ect. And also has anyone found a good vegan protein that actually taste good? I think the whey is bothering my stomach.
Really didn't feel like training today because this guy kept me all night because he was having some bad anxiety all night🥺 At least one of us gets to rest lol. All that aside I do feel better after training ❤️. Hope everyone has a great day.
I just went back and redid the first workout I ever did on the app it was 7 months ago. Just as good the second time around. Truly love this app and community. Hope you are all having a great week so far.
