Jenny Fisher I am about a week out which I notice is when I'm exhausted, unmotivated, and weak. I just feel so guilty to get off my regular routine.

So full confession I went into this program so strong and I followed it the first two week. By the third I felt so burnt out I was exhausted I was super emotional cry all the time. And I would start a workout and I was just so exhausted I couldn't bring myself to do it. I don't know if I should wait on this workout or if anyone has any advice. Usually I don't find it hard to workout I love moving my body. But lately I keep bouncing around workout to find one to do then I end up doing yoga.

So started the lower body workout today and I just couldn't get into it. I've been super emotional lately and burnt out and lifting heavy things sounded horrible lol. So instead of laying on the couch I did a full body and the mobility session from this week. Not perfect but at least I did something. I hope everyone has an amazing day💗

Leg day done for week 2. Im trying to be a responsible athlete during leg and back day. Those are the areas I usually hurt so I'm trying to not goes balls to the walls until I strengthen them more.
