I completely forgot or maybe I didn’t see it, that you were doing this!! Yay! I woke up today and looked at my calendar becasue I can’t believe thisnis week 4 already! It’s flying by. Then hopefully there will be another one shortly after 🙏🏽

I have always worked out after high school and sports. It’s always been a part of my life and my kids have always seen it be a part of our lives However it’s my nutrition that gets me, stops me from being more toned and defined (and recently a lot of hormone imbalances)…dang it. But I’m not even sure how I ran across one of Jenny’s workouts(Instagram)…I did it and I fell in love with all of it. The way you pushed me and encouraged me, the exercise themselves, and how I felt afterwards. When yih were starting beach shred I decided to go for it. I have never paid for any sort of health or fitness or nurtrition app, but felt this was worth it! And I am loving it… I’m so glad i did it. And knowing that we are all in this together for beach shred holds me even more accountable to get my workout in! Thank you Jenny and thank you ladies!! We are athletes!👊🏽💪🏽 so… I’m here for me, and I’m here for all of you too!! 😘

Cat litter

I was so pumped for todays shoutout! I was going to go back and post a pic of my kids becasue I thought…’the dog got a pic but not the kids??’.

So when Jenny called out my cat litter I was pumped. I joke that I gave birth under the stairs😜. I have 4 awesome kids, with the same dad(we get this a lot, to include the pediatrician 🤪and I can laugh it off). What I love most is that I have two(boy and a girl that look like me) and two(boy and a girl that look just like dad). I’m 💯 Mexican, so I never imagined I would have a blue and green eyed child. We call ourselves the salts and peppers❤️
