I am excited to start this! It will be my first “session” with Get Salty. I’m back to school soon, so I hope this helps me get back on track from summer fun!!!

This guy decided he wanted to do a core session too! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣he was a problem during planks!!!

Ready to get back

I was on a family trip for the past week. I was able to do some Salty workouts but I am ready to get back and add some weight! I do LOVE that I have this option when I travel and no access to a gym💪🏻

First session
