Sara Jurek Same (I don’t have a separate workout space - I use a big chunk of my living room)! I’d love to have a big mat, but would want to move it when I’m not using it. Can’t imagine a big mat like that would be easy to move, and I have no place to store it. 😂

My grip was giving out quite a bit with the RDLs today! I almost had to go down in weight! I definitely need to work on my grip strength as well! ❤️

The whole time I was using the anchor, I was waiting for the anchor or the band to snap and pop me in the face! I’m sorry that happened to you, and hopefully it heals up soon! ❤️

Today’s (Thursday-8/15) workout was awesome! My favorite exercise was the cross curls! I was able to go up to 20 lbs for 1.5 rounds (out of 4 total). I did 15 lbs the other 2.5 rounds.

Also, Jenny, I think you and I tweaked our calf muscles around the same time! Mine got mostly back to normal earlier this week (thank goodness). I was worried I had seriously damaged it!

Jenny Fisher I figured it was something like that! Thanks for confirming! I doubt I’ll be up that early on Saturday, but I’ll certainly get the workout in once I’m up! ❤️

Hi, Jenny! I saw that Saturday’s (8/10) session is live at 6:30 AM EST. Is that correct? With the last program, Saturday sessions were usually at 9 AM EST, but I can imagine your summer Saturdays are busier, which may mean live sessions are earlier. Just curious! Thanks in advance for your response! ❤️

I really liked this one, including the layout and especially the boxing exercises!

Also, I’ve noticed I’m improving with my burpees (or Craigs 🤪). However, I still hate doing them and always will! 😂

I think this is the one that you asked us to comment two things in the community (1-If only able to do one exercise for rest of life, what would you choose? 2-If you have a pup, share a picture of them.)

I’d choose air squats (with and without weights)! And here’s a pic of my Luna. 😊

Also, I’d love to see an 80s-themed workout! I think that’d be fun! 🤪
