Full body HIIT!
I was feeling under the weather so fell behind in some of my workouts. I am catching up slowly. Tomorrow I will start week 5. I loved moving my body again. Just feels good to sweat out all the toxins and push myself to become a better athlete and stay metobolicly positive ♥️🫶💪🏻
