Hi again Joanne! I can tell you what I use if that helps! You need pairs. Personally I use 5lb through 25lb but will possibly add 30lb in the next couple of months. I also have a bar so I use that for heavy lifting like deadlift, bench press, hip thrust etc. You could use heavier dumbells for that if you don’t want / have a bar. You also need a resistance band for going around your legs and a resistance band with handles and an anchor point. Other things you can add but aren’t essential are a yoga ball (I only just added one to my gym, I modified for a few weeks) and a bench but again you can modify. Jenny will tell you how! Hi, when I joined I wasn’t new to fitness either. I just got stuck in with the live classes mid way through beach shred to see how I got on. I continued with live classes and tried different things on days when classes weren’t live. Now I am just following the current programme. I’m still here and still loving it! Hope that helps!

Yesterday was one of those days! It started badly at 5am and didn’t get much better 🤯got home after 5pm and sank into a bath. I laid there for a while thinking let’s get pajamas on and chill. Instead I just got out of the bath and put my kit on and did this workout! That’s never happened to me before, I just really wanted to train! Maybe there is more to becoming an athlete than how many burpees I can do! Getting salty with Jenny is training my brain and my body 🙏😍

When you start the last set with enthusiasm. Youre ready, you lower yourself in to the first full push up and your shoulders go mehhhheeee 🤣I did scream back at my shoulders…. You are an athlete…. MOVE! 🥵🥵🤣

Fabulous session! I have to tell you Jenny you are not just a coach. You are by far the best coach I have ever followed.

You greet us all every session with enthusiasm and infectious energy. You encourage and motivate our inner athlete to be the best it can be. Whilst training you feed us full of nutritional knowledge. You correct my form when I don’t even realise I could be doing it better. You give counselling and emotional support and often it resonates with me. I shed a tear mid workout and with it rolls away the baggage and stress I bought to that session.

I just bloody love you Jenny Fisher! 🥰Keep doing what you do because you are the most amaaaaaazing woman!
