Got up to 45# on each side of my barbell for the last 2 sets of both my sumo deadlifts and my rdl’s. Killer! Jennie, I’d love in the app to be able to track the amt of weight I’m using. Like if there was even a place to write personal notes below a particular workout

Good to have something more low intensity so my lower body can get more recovery from Monday 😅

This kicked my booty!! Used 20’s and 25’s on the Bulgarians to get me to that burn out point. And hot dang!! Love/hate those.
