I when I drive, I meal prep just like I do at home. This weekend I made yogurt with fruit and nuts as an easy to pack easy to eat in the car snack. Also beef jerky. Almonds with berries. Most protein bars upset my stomach but RX bars don’t. Also hard boiled eggs if you can keep cold. Whole apples and peppers are always easy to eat on the go

Well I thought I was in pretty good shape till this mornings cardio session 🤣🤪🥵 no idea how you manage to talk during that! I could barely shake my head yes or no when my kid asked me a question

Great work out helpful when you tell us what weight you are doing because everyone has a different definition of heavy! Even if I can’t do what you do #goals!

So loved it! Check on your strong friends who are doing it all. Also best fitness advice: stop if you need to…why don’t more people say this?!?!
