Do a variety of workouts until Beach shred starts. Today's was a killer workout now time for soccer and volleyball games.

I was so proud of myself that I was able to work back up the latter to the beginning of the 6 push-up mark 💪🏼 happy hump day salty squad!

It’s super safe to say I’m out of jumprope shape 🤣 I saw this and I was like” oh cute, 25 minute quick jumprope cardio” it wasn’t cute, it was messy but I got’er done !!!
