I've been really sore lately so I went to my Chiropractor and after she tortured me while rolling out my legs and told me to drink electrolytes I am feeling a lot better soreness wise and energy wise. And even though I'm still feeling it I got in a nice cardio and abs workout in and it felt so good. Sometimes I get real down on myself. But I really am grateful to have a body that allows me to do workouts and move. I just need to remind myself that more. Hope everyone is having an awesome week so far
