I just have to say after just completing Friday's session today, that I really appreciated your closing comments about what your training is all about Jenny. It isn't about the before/after pics. I always tell anyone who asks what I do to workout about you and how it's about strength and agility and challenging yourself wherever you are at, and how in the last 2 years I've seen my own agility and stamina grow tremendously. I'm here because it's fun (yes, I am one of those who long ago reached that point where training is my happy place always even when it sucks) and I love seeing the new things that I can do. I'm arguably the fittest I've ever been in my life in my 40s, not the skinniest or smallest, but the fittest--with some wrinkles and cellulite and scars--and I'm finally in a place to really appreciate all that I can do and want to keep doing and trying. It's not all about how I look but the muscles I've built don't look bad :) even if some think I'm too muscular. Thanks for staying true to your mission Jenny. Love you and this community. Â
