You’ve completed 8 weeks of progressive work to get the place where you have the confidence to say “I put in the work, I am the 1%.” As your coach I hope that you reached some goals, are moving toward your goals, but even more deeply, I hope that you’ve seen a shift in your relationship and perspective on fitness. Once that clicks, everything else becomes easier.

What’s next: Coach needs a few weeks to regroup and work on a quick nutrition + fitness challenge that will begin July 5th. You will have suggested sessions on your feed and your calendar until then!
