Hey guys! I am Leslie. Brand new here, but Ive gone through phases of consistent lifting (and exercise in general) over the past 20 years…which I guess makes me inconsistent overall. 🤷🏼♀️😅 Nutrition is my biggest struggle…I know what to do but need to find my groove again. Im 45, divorced, cop/sro, live in Charleston, SC… and very ready to get back to my normal schedule and consistent routine (usually 5:30am workouts and 9pm bedtime)!! 🤞🏼 Hoping this tropical storm does not mess up my first week of MVP (I’m currently on standby for 12 hour nightshift 🙄), but I plan to get it done even if I end up off-schedule from the rest of you MVPers.
