Hey friends! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Shanna. I am a 45 year old wife and mom to 3 (ages 20, 18 and 5). I am a former collegiate gymnast who loves to workout, but gets easily bored with a workout routine. I’ve followed Jenny on Instagram for awhile, so I thought I’d try it out. She was awesome in guiding me where to start given my background, and I decided on Varsity. I am in the middle of week 2 and loving it so far. I love the variety that is included in each workout, that they are quick and effective workouts and they make me sweat…A LOT! Hope to be a salty member for a long time and be able to interact with everyone here.
My bday is tomorrow, so we are celebrating my salty 40th year tonight and my 41st year on Friday morning! My favorite thing is sweating with y’all! Let’s go! 🥳🥳🥳
