Holy smokes MVP day 1 my legs are 💀! And I’m sure it doesn’t help I just finished the L&B series yesterday in 1 weeks time since I had to play catch up after a break from surgery. So excited for the strength track this series!
My husband took the 35 kb with him for military week, so I was forced to do the 40... UGHHH 😣😂 how dare he inadvertently challenge me to lift more hahaha I may or may not have gotten annoyed with him before I realized how ridiculous I was being 🤭
I have been traveling allot these days and long car rides have my body feeling jacked up! Feeling called for deep stretch and mobility work! Thanks Jenny for such an awesome diversity of ways to move 😉
