Hi everyone! I just finished my first session ever with Get Salty. Wow! I am so excited to join this community. Looking forward to more sweat sessions and to learn from you all😁
I’m actually thinking about extending this next series “The MVP” to 8 weeks. Anyone that thinks 6 weeks is better???
8 weeks allows me to begin Aug 7 and end at the very end of September.
I have been MIA the last few days. Hubby surprised us with tickets to see Luke combs in Tampa on Saturday so we drove from CHS to FL Friday. I just finished a few stretch and mobility sessions and boy I needed it! Looking forward to getting back into routine when I get home tomorrow.
Back from Vaca and loving these sessions! Fully body kicked my butt! Challenging in all the perfect ways. I love watching myself get stronger…. Now I need to find me some heavier weights 💪🏼
When you have a friend that likes to get salty with you! 🥰 btw did a workout from cardio and Abs and it was WAY MORE challenging than I anticipated 😂😂 got’er done thou!
So I had every intention to follow along with the learn in burn this week but honestly my body has been really worn out lately. Usually I would push through and end up getting injured in some way. So this week I'm going to do a few full body workouts and lots of yoga. I wany my body and my mind to be right for the next challenge. Listening to my body is something imtruh very hard to do without shame or guilt.
I hope everyone's week is going good so far.
Knew I wouldn’t make tonight’s upper body so I searched upper body and found a 36 minute UB session from the original level up challenge (wk 3 I believe). The “mobility” block at the end was deceptively challenging - felt more like a body weight strength block! 😅 But everything is loose and greased up, so mobility it is I agree with Jenny, I have a great trainer 😉🩵
Killin me smalls with that AMRAP😳😳😳
Pretty sure I have the cutest workout partner today 🤣🐈⬛ baby kitten for some motivation 🤣
