The damage was definitely done on that leg session today! Those rocket jumps get me every single time. Wasn’t able to do the yoga flow yesterday - ran intervals instead, thanks to my four-legged trainer, Diggs. Will try and get it on Sunday unless my legs are still sore! 😬

Didn’t make the live this morning, but just finished the core session. Fast and fabulous. Will favorite this to do when I only have twenty minutes and just need to move my body. Love love love ball work!

First live, and I actually can train early in the morning! May have to adapt this into my regular schedule! Great upper body, which is completely toast! What an awesome way to start my morning!

Felt great to have a week of no training, just walking. My body needed it and I had zero stress about it. But man, was it great to get back on the mat and get salty today! My body and mind are still basking in the gains from the grind series, so everything just moved great and was enjoyable. Looking forward to actually being able to join the lives tomorrow and Wednesday!! Will be a first for me! Love salty seven weeks!

I’m finishing out the Grind today, and getting a pellet tomorrow so four days of walking. Plan to do these next week. Love that I already have a plan for the upcoming week!

What a great combination of HIIT and flow. One of my biggest progressions in this challenge is seeing yoga flow as a reward instead of a chore. Adjusted mindset is everything!
