What a great combination of HIIT and flow. One of my biggest progressions in this challenge is seeing yoga flow as a reward instead of a chore. Adjusted mindset is everything!

I’m finishing out the Grind today, and getting a pellet tomorrow so four days of walking. Plan to do these next week. Love that I already have a plan for the upcoming week!
