From harvesting peaches 🍑 to pumpkins 🎃 and including the “accordion” in the last ten minutes, this session was SPECTACULAR! I was cracking up 😂 too! It took me back to a previous stretch and mobility session where Jenny was encouraging us to take time to stretch at our desks. Our arms were extended on the desk with our heads down like in a downward dog position with something to the effect of, “nothing to see here, Barbara, just looking for a contact”…LMAO, the comic relief provided is something l appreciate and always look forward to.
