So does this automatically log sessions as you complete them, or do we need to manually do something to make it count towards badges?

Snow day shenanigans had me getting to the workout later in the day, but I’m here! In true Charleston snow day style, we pulled the kids on their boogie boards behind the car because we can’t sled in the lowcountry!

I’m so impressed by everyone who is working out in their below freezing garages! Y’all are hardcore and your dedication is amazing. Working out in the corner of my bedroom has always seemed awful but it’s not feeling so bad right now. 🤣🤣🥶🥶

So when I first got into fitness as a teen I fell in love with old school aerobics. Lifting has transformed my body, but my heart still wants to be in an 80s-90s aerobics class. HA! So I really had fun with the little Calisthenics and Plyo session this week, Jenny!  

I need the encouragement right now! I got taken out hard by covid in December and I’m still not 100%. Having to slow down on my fitness goals for a month was incredibly frustrating! I may not be able to go as hard as I want for the first couple of weeks, but I’ll be there!
