Jenny Fisher let me have this drama! But seriously, I need to try this one again when I’m not sore and I’m properly fueled. It shouldn’t haven’t been that hard!

Probably because I was already so sore going into the full body workout this morning, but I had to call my soul back to my body to finish that last round. Usually full body days are my favorite, but I damn near died today.

I’m so happy to have a program back going! Having my workouts already planned for me takes a chunk out of my hefty mental load. It seems like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference for me. I’m not super engaged in the chats, but I love reading everyone’s comments! Thanks for all you do, Jenny!

Sara Jurek I also have a weird shoulder issue when I do pushups! My left shoulder is all kinds of messed up. I found that doing pushups on the bench (or edge of the coffee table) gets me off my knees and takes some of the pressure off my shoulder. Whenever I think I can go back to my toes I end up with lots of shoulder pain the next day. I hope your knee is feeling better!

Now I don’t know what to put on my schedule in between programs! Maybe Varsity or MVP…🤔

Week 12 was my favorite leg day yet! I loved the plyo mixed into the sets at the end.

Being forced to take a break can be so discouraging! But you are still here and a short recovery is not going to undo all your hard work. Be kind to yourself!

I’m earning some calluses from The Grind! It’s crazy because I’ve been lifting with Get Salty for like a year and a half but never got calluses until now. I guess my weights are finally heavy enough. That’s one way to measure progress!
