Thank you Jenny for an awesome Beach Shred!!! Love love love this series!!!! I have thoroughly enjoyed reading the community chat this time while in a season of chaos with a move and setting up our new home, but has been a highlight in my every day. I’m just as stoked for MVP II!! The first MVP I still go back to when throwing in extra sessions. August 5th - back to school for my kiddos and a new series for me. It’s hearted on my calendar 💕

I threw a little party “celebrating the amazing women in my life” before leaving FL. (I don’t like goodbye parties). While most like to get together and eat, I despise that since my guts don’t always cooperate (Crohns). So, I organized a Bungee Party! Guys….. it was SO MUCH fun! Difficult for some of the women my age that don’t incorporate fitness in everyday life, but I soared on that bungee like a dang eagle. Btw… bungee burpees are so easy. I laughed the whole time. Everyone should experience the rewards of being committed and Staying Salty with Jenny. Makes everything else feel like fun in the playground.
